**Offer for Permanent Makeup and Tattoo Removal Services**

 

We hereby inform you about the rules and conditions for providing services in the field of permanent makeup and tattoo removal, which we, as the service provider, offer for your review and approval before the procedure.

 

1. **Responsibility for the Result**

   We provide services for permanent makeup and tattoo removal, but we do not take responsibility for the final result. Your body may react to the procedure individually, and we cannot influence these reactions, such as allergic reactions, inflammation, swelling, or other skin characteristics. In the event of undesirable consequences, the responsibility lies solely with the client.

 

2. **Responsibility for the Choice of Shape, Color, and Technique**

   Before the procedure, we discuss all key aspects with the client: shape, color, and technique. All decisions are made jointly with the client, who takes full responsibility for their choice. Therefore, we do not accept complaints and do not provide refunds if the client is dissatisfied with the result, provided that the choice was made during the initial consultation.

 

3. **No Refund Policy**

   The service is considered provided once the procedure begins, as materials are used and time is spent, which cannot be refunded. Therefore, payment for the service is non-refundable, even if the client is dissatisfied with the result. However, in exceptional cases, if the client is not satisfied with the performed work, we may offer free removal of our permanent makeup under certain conditions.

 

4. **Client’s Responsibility for Contraindications**

   Each client is required to provide complete information about any contraindications, including possible allergies, skin conditions, and other contraindications that may affect the procedure. We do not take responsibility for any consequences arising if the client fails to provide such information, nor for any adverse reactions of the body.

 

Agreement to these terms is required before the service is provided. Please carefully review the text before booking the procedure.

 

5. **Photo and Video Recording**

By attending the procedure, you automatically agree to and do not object to photo and video recording. We conduct recording before, during, and after the procedure to monitor the results of our work and to publish materials on our website and social media pages. Your consent to recording is a necessary condition for the provision of services.
